Terms and Conditions 

1. Contractor: Contractor for the workshops and seminars offered by the Wu Wei Academy is 
its owner Jan Leminsky, Reventlowstr. 35, 22605 Hamburg 

2. Payment terms: As the number of participants in our seminars is limited, applications are 
registered in the order received. The registration confirmation is sent together with the invoice 
which has to be paid within 2 weeks from date of invoice without any deductions. 
Only  payments received prior to the seminar entitle to seminar participation. 

3. Bank details: Payments are to be made via Paypal, or via bank transfer to the account 
of Jan Leminsky Wu Wei - Deutsche Bank Hamburg (bank no. 200 700 24) - account no. 2423788.

4. Participants The seminars are normally taking place with a minimum of 4 participants.

5. Seminar location: The seminar location will be sent with the invoice. In addition, 
participants will receive directions how to get there. A change of the seminar location 
will be notified in writing to the participants. This does not justify a cancellation. 

6. Seminar hand-outs: The seminar hand-outs are strictly intended for personal use. 
Any copying, reprinting, translating or distribution to third parties are not permitted 
without the express consent of  the Wu Wei Academy. This also applies to extracts 
of these documents. The non-obeyance to this rule constitutes a violation of the 
copyright law and will entail in a civil suit. 

7. Cancellation policy: Your cancellations or re-bookings (to another seminar 
or another date), should be delivered to us in writing no later than 21 days prior to the 
seminar start-up to ensure your exemption to pay the seminar fee. If your cancellation 
or re-booking reaches us less than 15 days prior to the seminar start-up, 25% 
of the seminar fee are due for payment. In case of short-term cancellation or 
re-booking (i.e. less than 3 working days) before the seminar start-up or in case 
of no-show 100 % of the seminar fee are to be paid. Cancellations or re-bookings 
have to be done in writing and are legally binding only after receipt of our 
confirmation. A free of charge transfer to a substitute participant is always possible. 

8. Sport fitness: Through his declaration the seminar participant confirms that 
he or she is fully fit for sports. In case of illness or health failure, he will inform 
the trainer. 

9. Liability: If a seminar is cancelled due to illness of the trainer, if the minimum 
number of participants is not reached, and in case of outside default or force majeure, 
there is no entitlement to the implementation of the seminar. We assume no liability 
for items brought in the seminars or for other direct losses and costs , including 
lost earnings, lost profits or third party claims, loss of data, travel costs, consequential 
and economic loss of any kind. 

10. Data: Personal data is collected and stored by the Wu Wei Academy in the context 
of the contractual relationship, and processed as part of contract management. All data 
are treated confidentially and in accordance with the laws in application. Any information 
relating to personal data stored by the Wu Wei Academy can be requested by the appropriate 
persons upon request under Email hamburg(at)wuweiweb.de  or under Wu Wei, Reventlowstr. 35, 22605 
Hamburg, Tel. 040 855 00 158. The above address can also be contacted, if you 
want your stored data to be deleted any time.

11. Place of performance and jurisdiction: In each case, the location specified in the seminar is
the place of performance. Jurisdiction is Hamburg. 

12. Final Provisions:  Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany is valid for this agreement
and its implementation. Should individual provisions be legally invalid, the participation conditions
shall remain binding in its other provisions.  Ineffective conditions shall be replaced by those who 
come closest to the commercial purpose of the ineffective provision. Side-agreements from this 
contract shall be effective only if they are written and signed.
